House number signage
Finding your home at night or in bad weather can be challenging for first responders to find your home. The easier we can find your home, the quicker we can respond and emergency services can be provided. Here are a few things you can use to determine whether or not an emergency responder can quickly identify your home.

1) From the street, try to identify your house number. Do you have reflective on your sign?

2) Drive past your home and see if you can easily see your house number. If you think it may be easily missed, please find a more noticeable spot.

3) Repeat 1 & 2 at night – emergencies happen at night also.

Please be mindful our first responders are scanning driveways, mailboxes and roadways within seconds before arrival. Those few extra minutes of searching for your home can take away from saving a life. If your house number signage didn’t pass these questions, please consider replacing, updating and/or moving the sign to a more visible spot to help us get to you!
