Welcome to the Gouldsboro Police Department. We are a full service, 2 full-time and, 4 part-time officers. Our department takes great pride in offering high quailty, highly trained and well-equipped professional customer service to our nearly 2000 citizens. We are committed to doing whatever we can do to be the best small town Police Department in Maine. Being a small town Police Department, we take a personal approach to policing, with most citizens calling officers by their first names. Our officers are equipped with modern tools of the trade and are highly trained in many facets of law enforcement to include crime prevention, first aid, criminal investigations, and crisis intervention and crime scene investigation. We are committed to the improvement of our services by adding more training and asking for your input to help us achieve our goals. Your Police officers are available 24 hours a day and you will find them willing and capable of serving your needs. I am proud of the officer's accomplishments as they put forth an enormous effort to keep Gouldsboro and its citizens as safe as possiable.
