January 30, 2008 Meeting MinutesPresent: Dana Rice, Bill Thayer, Susan Bagley, Jim McLean and Jim Watson Staff: Yvonne P. Wilkinson, Town Manager, and Guy Wycoff, Police Chief Audience: None Mr. Rice called the meeting to order at 7:07p.m. at the Gouldsboro Town Office. Mr. McLean moved to enter into executive session to discuss a personnel matter at 7:07 PM; Mr. Watson 2nd; passed 5/0. Mr. Thayer moved to exit executive session at 8:33 PM; Mr. Watson 2nd; passed 5/0. The board met in executive session to discuss a complaint pertinent to a protection order and they will continue to monitor the situation, motioned by Mr. Watson, 2nd by Mr. McLean; passed 5/0. ADJOURN Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 8:35PM; Mrs. Bagley 2nd; passed 5/0. Mr. Watson moved to approve the adjournment at 8:05PM; Mrs. Bagley2nd; passed 4/0. Respectfully submitted, Yvonne P.
