If you are interested in serving on a town board or committee please write a letter of interest to the Town Manager. 🌷 Click here to view the warrant for 2026 Annual Town Meeting. Annual voting will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Polls will be open from 8AM – 8PM at the Gouldsboro Rec Center, 679 Pond Road, Gouldsboro. Annual Town Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2026 starting at 7PM at the Peninsula School, 71 Main Street, Prospect Harbor.

🌷 Effective Monday, March 2, 2026 the Town Office will be changing the hours of operation we are open to the public. We will now be closing from 12:15 – 1PM Mondays through Thursday for lunch. In addition, we will be closing at 5PM on Thursdays. Friday operations are unchanged. The new schedule is as follows:

🌷 Attention Shellfish Harvesters: Stave Island Bar will be opened from October 20, 2025 and will close June 30, 2026. Hog Island Bunker Cove was scheduled to close on April 30, 2026. It is still open and plans to close for harvesting on June 30, 2026.

🌷 Please be aware, each year ALL Mooring fees are due by the end of August without penalty. As of September 1, a late fee of $25 will be applied to all outstanding mooring fees.
